How we handle the information you share with us
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Overview
DSW Canvassing Solutions respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Our contact form is the only place this website collects personal information. We do not require accounts, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter into it:
- ✓
Your name — so we know who we are speaking with.
- ✓
Your email address — so we can reply to you.
- ✓
Your company name — optional, to give us context about your organization.
- ✓
Your message — whatever you decide to tell us about your goals or questions.
Please only include information in your message that you are comfortable sending us by email. There is no need to share sensitive personal or financial details through this form.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to read your message and respond to your inquiry about our consulting and coaching services. We may keep the resulting email correspondence so we can follow up with you and maintain a record of our conversation.
We do not add you to a marketing list or send you unrelated promotional email based on a contact form submission.
Service Providers
To deliver your message to us, our contact form uses EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. When you submit the form, the details you entered are transmitted through EmailJS in order to be emailed to our inbox. EmailJS processes this information on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Aside from EmailJS and the email provider that hosts our inbox, we do not share your contact form information with third parties. We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies to track you, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers that build a profile of your browsing. As with virtually any website, our hosting provider may record standard technical request information (such as IP address and browser type) in its server logs for security and reliability purposes.
Data Retention
Your message lives in our email inbox. We keep it for as long as it is useful for responding to you and maintaining our business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your Choices and Rights
Using the contact form is entirely voluntary — you are welcome to reach us by phone or email instead. If you have submitted the form and would like to know what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted, just email us and we will take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under local law. We are happy to honor those requests — contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, please let us know and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above.
